Q: Do you ship packages?

A: Yes. We only ship via UPS. Anywhere in the US.
We ship via Ground, Commercial Ground, Overnight, 2 day, 3 day and 4 day service.
 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Starting 11/15/23 we will be certified to ship Internationally.

Q: Can I bring in an Amazon Return?

A: Yes. As long as you have a physical Amazon Return label. Unfortunately, we can not ship if you only have a QR code on your phone. Or label on your phone. We do not have the ability to convert a QR code into a UPS label. You will need to go to a full service UPS Store for that service.

Q: Do you have shipping supplies.
A: Yes, we have a variety of shipping supplies for purchase. We can also pack it for you for a fee.
Fees vary by weight, size, and materials.

Q: Do you supply tape?

A: There is a fee of $1.50 to utilize our tape gun.
Or you can buy an entire roll for $4.99.

Q: Do you insure packages?

A: Yes. Each packages automatically comes with insurance for up to $100 in value. If you would like to insure your package for more than $100, there will be an additional fee.

Q: What is the UPS cut off time each day?
A: 3pm Mon - Fri.
 

Q: If I ship on a Saturday will it go out that day?

A: No, it will no go out until the next business day.

Q: What Items can I not ship at your store?

A: We can not ship the following: Guns, Ammunition, Furniture, TV's, Motors, Engines, Hazardous Materials, Alcoholic Beverages, Perishables,  Packages valued over $10,000.00
